I had an excellent experience at The Repair Shop! Tony took great care of my Mercedes E-Class AMG and completed an oil change and spark plug replacement with outstanding attention to detail. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything that was being done. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can genuinely trust with a high-performance vehicle, but Tony and the team at The Repair Shop exceeded my expectations. The car runs smoother than ever, and the service was honest, efficient, and fairly priced. If you need Mercedes maintenance, oil changes, spark plug service, or reliable automotive repairs, I highly recommend The Repair Shop. I’ll definitely be returning for all my future maintenance needs.

I can't say enough about the wonderful service we get here. The staff and managers are all extremely knowledgeable and go out of their way to explain everything about the potential issue. They always show you the damaged part as well just to verify. Prices are always fair and I always leave with the confidence that everything has been taken care of with the greatest of care. Fully recommend this for any car repair you have!

These guys absolutely deserve their five-star review. Tony and Francisco helped me out and they were very cordial and helpful all along the way. While other shops were dismissive and flat out refused to help because my vehicle was a little bit older... These guys shined in their service and expertise. I wouldn't hesitate to use there services in the future.

I'm new to the bay area and was just browsing Google Maps trying to find a reputable shop. I went with The Repair Shop because it didn't look like it had hundreds of fake 5-star reviews like some of the other shops in the area. I've been coming here for the past year now. First time I took my Ram Promaster City van to the shop, it was because the AC wasn't working. They diagnosed the problem and got it fixed. AC was working for a month until one day it just didn't push out any cold air. The issue did resolve itself the same day. It's been working ever since so I wasn't worried about it. When I came back to The Repair Shop for an oil change, I mentioned what happened to the AC. Tony got their mechanic to recheck all of the work they did to make sure everything was good. They didn't find any problems. I wasn't charged anything extra. They stood behind their work and made sure it was still legit even though I didn't ask them too. I give them props for that. The second time I took my van into the shop, I was actually getting off from a 12-hr night shift. I went to start my van and it died. I suspected the battery was an issue. I called The Repair Shop and told them the issue. I manage to restart the van and got it to the shop. They took me in right away and replaced my battery within an hour. After being awake for 14 hours, I was pretty grateful they were able to take me in last minute. Third time, I brought the van into get new tires and alignment. Tony handpicked the tires himself and it's been doing good ever since. Lastly, my most several recent visit were due to my catalytic converter. I was on the road when I got my catalytic converter replaced with a cheap aftermarket part with another shop. It worked fine for 6 months until issues started to come up. I took it to The Repair Shop and they diagnosed the problem. I seriously thought I was gonna junk my car because the dealer wanted $6k for the OEM cat by itself. Tony, gave me multiple choices on what I can do and I end up having them install a better quality aftermarket cat. The job also included a warranty incase anything happens to the cat. Unfortunately, a few months later, one of my sensor went bad and caused an issue with the cat. Because of the warranty they fixed everything for me. They didn't hassle me or give me the run around with the warranty. They diagnose the problem and started ordering parts to fix my van. Overall, they stand behind their work and any shop that does that is grade A. Their prices were reasonable. While repairs can be expensive, I never felt they were overcharging me or taking advantage of me. Tony would explain every single detail to me, answers all of my questions, and give me advice on what to do if I felt clueless. Side note, I often come in the morning and wait. Their office is tiny. Small room with 3 chairs. Sometimes a food truck is there in the morning where you can get some tacos. One time, a guy was cooking birria tacos out of the back of his truck and Tony bought me 3 on the house. Damn good tacos. I would highly recommend this shop.

I've used the Repair Shop with Sal and his crew a bunch of times over the last couple years. They have always done great work at a reasonable price which is becoming harder to find these days. They are also a customer first shop and are great about explaining the work they think you need and cost before they start. If you have any questions or issues with the work done they do everything possible to answer those question or will ask you to bring the car back to look at any issues you might have. They are my go to shop because of all of these reasons. Don't hesitate to give them a try.

They get the job done. Good service and good work. At a fair price.
